Fixntoni is a platform that connects customers with independent service providers such as plumbers, electricians, locksmiths, towing operators, gate motor technicians, and pest control services.
Fixntoni does not directly provide repair services. We act as a referral and connection platform between customers and independent fixers.
2. Service Requests
When you submit a request through our website, WhatsApp, or phone:
- You agree that Fixntoni may share your request details with a relevant service provider.
- A service provider will contact you directly to discuss the job, pricing, and availability.
Fixntoni does not guarantee:
- Availability of a fixer
- Response time
- Final pricing of the job
- Quality of work performed by the fixer
3. Payments
All payments for services are made directly between the customer and the fixer unless otherwise stated.
Fixntoni may charge a call-out fee, referral fee, or service fee, which will be communicated to the customer before the job is confirmed.
4. Liability
Fixntoni is not responsible for:
- Any work performed by the fixer
- Any damages or losses
- Any delays
- Any disputes between customer and fixer
All fixers are independent contractors and are not employees of Fixntoni.
5. User Responsibilities
By using Fixntoni, you agree:
- To provide accurate information
- Not to use the platform for illegal activities
- Not to misuse or abuse fixers or the Fixntoni platform
